powerlifting coaching

I work with powerlifters to coach them specifically for competitions. We will work 121 together so I can improve technique, ensure you have the correct form on each lifts and programme you specifically to progress in lifts!

Powerlifting coaching programmes are designed to the person to suit their strengths and weakness.

I will programme for the run up to a competition, including competition day protocol and assist with all nutrition aspects during our time working together to make sure you are fuelling the body correctly for maximum strength and recovery.

small group COACHING

Everything you get from 121 coaching but for a fraction of the cost in a small group setting in my very own private gym.

There are only 6 spaces per group meaning I can still give you the same personal service as 121 coaching.

We will work closely together to ensure you reach your goals, while you train with other like minded women who will be your biggest supporters and encourage you to push each other each week!

PRETTY STRONG MAMA

This is our exclusive class for Pre & Postnatal women designed around strength and conditioning to make you feel like the strong mama you are!

A safe space in my very own private gym where women can bring their babies along to their training sessions and know they can have a safe and enjoyable workout!

There are only 6 spaces per group meaning I can still give you the same personal service as 121 coaching.

We will work closely together to ensure you get the most out of each session, while you train with other mamas who will be your biggest supporters and encourage you to push each other each week!

Our approach to nutrition is tailored to your life. We work together to help you come up with plans that are manageable, realistic and sustainable.

Whether it’s an initial meal plan, flexible food goals, or anything in between, it will all be based around foods that you love and already eat on a daily basis. You’re not “going on a diet”, you already HAVE a diet, we just need to make it work for you.

I can guarantee you that you won’t have to give up any of the things that you love. In fact, I’ll be encouraging you to eat them on a daily basis. That’s how we’ll achieve Full Food Freedom.

Setting goals is one thing. But it’s a whole different ball game when you find yourself in a place where you actually enjoy exercising.

We will work closely together face to face in my PRIVATE GYM focusing on your goals. Working on technique & form to make sure you are confident in lifting weights and getting results!

Whatever your goals are we will make a plan to suit you!

mindset

I can’t emphasise enough what a powerful tool a mindset is, especially if you want to be successful in business. Having said that, this isn’t just about thinking positively and visualising what you want to happen – although I will teach you how to do that.

This is more about becoming aware of how your own mind works so that you can get yourself in the right place at the right time when it counts. It’s about understanding why some people are consistently building success after success, while others give up before they even start.

support

Support is an integral part of this service. Any time you're ready for that difficult conversation, or need a nudge on progress, I'm here for you. Accountability is essential to this process and having someone who can point out the areas in your life that may need extra attention is crucial.

The weekly in-depth progress checks, access to a daily support group and contact with me on WhatsApp when needed, will ensure that you are supported throughout your journey.

education

Education, is something that I definitely take seriously. Anybody can follow a cookie cutter plan for a few weeks. If you’re looking to make lasting change, you’re going to want to get some education.

Knowledge is power, and all that jazz! For me personally, education isn’t just about the “what”, but also the “why” and the “how”. I make sure to take the time with each and every one of my clients to teach you everything you need to continue to life a healthy and happy lifestyle even after we finish working together.
